I'm continuously amazed yet saddened by some people I come across who have no clue how to solve problems. What's even sadder, is that some of them make more money than me. I have 3 questions:
1) Why are there so few of us who can really solve problems at work?
2) What can we attribute this to? Fear? Education? Genetics?
3) How, how, how, how can some of them hold important positions? HOW?
